You understand and agree that:
- Agents are independent third parties.
We do not control the services they provide and are not responsible for their actions, omissions, or advice. - No endorsement or guarantee.
Listing, describing, or connecting you with an Agent does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee of that Agent’s competence, licensure, performance, or suitability for your needs. - You are responsible for your choices.
You are solely responsible for evaluating any Agent, conducting your own due diligence, and making your own decisions about whether to work with them. - No guarantee of matches.
We do not guarantee that we will be able to match you with an Agent, or that any Agent we connect you with will meet your expectations or result in a successful transaction.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, tools, resources, or services that are not owned or controlled by us.
We are not responsible or liable for:
- The content, accuracy, or policies of any third-party site
